Our Services
JTB Pressings Ltd and BJ Engineering are well established suppliers of metal pressings, metal fabrications, laser cut parts, turned parts and assembly work. We specialise in tube manipulation and CNC tube laser cutting across flat bar, round tubes, angle section and box section. In addition, we also have the facility to produce welding fabrications and coach and bus seating frames. We have integrated advanced manufacturing technologies which allow us to provide complete solutions “in-house” which gives us total control over the production process. All of our work can be supplied in any finish to the customer’s requirement.
JTB Pressings Ltd are ISO-9001-2008 accredited and our Pressbrake machine really does make us a “one-stop-shop” for all your components, metal fabrications and heavy metal presswork requirements.
Metal Fabrications
Metal Fabrications can be expertly made by JTB Pressings. Our company works with high-quality metals to produce fabrications that are ideally suited to your specifications.
Metal Stamping
Due to our comprehensive range of press sizes and tonnage, we can supply Metal Stamping components from materials measuring up to 12mm in thickness.
Welded Assemblies
JTB Pressings also have the capacity to produce Welded Assemblies. We have just installed a welding facility which will allow us to produce our own assemblies.

We are ideally situated in a prime location just one mile from junction 10 off the M6, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK. Our reputation is based on both the quality of our work and the first class service given to all of our customers.

BJ Engineering are specialists in tube manipulation and metal fabrication ranging from flat bar, round tubes, angle section to box section. We can manufacture using various techniques including welding fabrication, CNC tube laser cutting, and precision tube manipulation. In addition, we also have the facility to produce coach and bus seating frames. We have integrated CNC tube laser cutting technology which allows us to process multiple profile types “in-house” which gives us total control over the production process.

We Ensure Quality of product and service
Here at JTB Pressings, we pride ourselves on offering our customers are ‘one-stop shop’ service for metal pressings and metalwork. Our presswork facility is fully equipped and we have recently invested in a new 3.10 metre bed press brake machine. We have the capacity of 6 tonnes to 250 tonnes and all our staff are qualified to NVQ Level 2 standards.

We have just installed a welding facility which will allow us to weld our own metal fabrications and most of the material used in our metal fabrications is produced in our press shop. All of our metal fabrications go through various quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy of the operation. We have a fully equipped presswork facility with a capacity ranging from 6 tonnes to 250 tonnes and our operatives are qualified to NVQ level 2 standards.
